I want to help people who feel as though they aren’t quite whole. People who feel as though they aren’t enough on their own. People who are stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns and feel they can’t get out of them on their own.
I am not a psychotherapist. I am not a psychologist. But I am convinced that for many emotionally dependent people, the traditional therapy format presents too high a barrier to entry. It is important to me that people take that first step—and that is where I can help.
